1、Packing box printing
Qionglai, Sichuan, well known in this country, is the biggest production base of unprocessed white spirit, where a liquor company A of 12 years history is located. Due to the increasingly fierce competition, the company’s sales profit of unprocessed spirit is shrinking year after year. In order to make some change, the company released five kinds of liquor for wedding use under its own brand. It also invested a lot in brand promotion and channel building, but no efforts seemed to work. Days later, Mr. B purchased 3 printers from us on behalf of company A. After a month, he brought us inspiring news: their product sales (regional) grew by 500% and was reported by four media. Beyond their plan, the newlyweds would buy 5~50 more for their own use and as souvenir besides the normal quantity used in the wedding. They got much better sales. 2、Nameplate (aluminum) printing

3、3D puzzle printing
Company D in Shenzhen is a Taiwanese invested company, producing large sized 3D puzzle. The product is much more interesting and beneficial for kids than 2D card puzzle, and is mainly sold to America and Europe. Both kids and adults are addicted to the game. Resin is used as the material. Each fragment is 3cm thick, with different or irregular concaves and complex colors on the surface. The current printing methods, either screen printing or pad printing, do not work. The way that 400 workers of this company used to adopt was: one template corresponds to one pattern or one color. Then the worker sprays a color on the template and dries it. Again, spray color… It is clear that this method results in low efficiency, high rejection rate and expensive cost. 4、T-shirt portrait printing
Mr. E owns a body painting & tattoo store in Zhejiang. His fashionable clients would also ask to paint their portraits on T-shirt. Mr. E then introduced heat transfer printing device. The process was: first print the portrait on special paper for heat transfer printing, and paste the paper on the T shirt. Then heat it with ironing machine to fix the portrait on the cloth. Made of alloyed steel, metallic card is as thin as paper, as tough as steel and flexible. A popular way to make is to first print the pattern on paper, then print on the card with stamping and drawing machine. This method is inconvenient and inefficient. Another way is to utilize expensive equipment, which proves effective but complicated and costly. Every 100 cards would cost 500~800 yuan. 6、Certificate, card & rating plate printing
Company H is located at the bustling place in Shanghai, aiming at clients in office buildings around. However, limited by conventional technology, production of working card and authorization card adopts plate-making carving or intaglio color spray while that of metallic guide card and seat card adopts screen printing or carving for a small part. Around 100 authorization cards can be delivered in one day (while 10 ten days were required at least with conventional technology), and single piece or several pieces can be made instantly. Days ago, the manager of company H told us that time & attendance card printing was showing a rapid growth. There were over one hundred office buildings within 2 kilometers about the company and gave the company great opportunity. The reason is that this kind of card not only performs as attendance check, but also is used as hangtag, which means to print photo, name, number, department and position on paper and paste the paper onto the card. The paper is easily to become crinkled, warped at margin and damaged, and needs to be replaced at times, which would make it less good-looking. Gifts with company or product name, trade mark or logo are necessary, including memo pad, pen, pencil vase, calendar, cup, nail tool set, counter, telephone set, MP3, etc. Company J in Guangzhou has a history of over ten years in this trade. It has undergone a lot and witnessed the rise and fall. The owner Mr. K thought that, most gift production applied screen printing due to the varieties and differences in shapes and materials. This was a complicated technique, and batch production would be perfect. But such batch production was rare. Many companies needed just dozens of products for a single variety. In the City of Lock, Wenzhou, company L is one of the first to develop such keys and also gains some achievements after several years’ efforts. Although many people have some knowledge of color key, this market is still waiting for development and this product is rare in terminal market. Company L regards the process is too complicated and specialized. The whole equipment includes computer, color printer, imaging device, oven and high molecular imaging agent. First, spray white paint on the key. Second, dry it in the oven. Third, edit the image with the computer. Four, print on the transfer printing paper. Five, spray the high molecular imaging agent onto the surface of key. Six, put the key into the imaging device for image solidification. So we can see that we need six steps to finish a little key. 9、Crystal & album (wood) printing
At present, some superior wedding photography companies are developing this business, namely print the wedding photograph on crystal by means of heat transfer printing. Company M has been in the field for 12 years and has established 28 branch stores over the country. The manager valued the crystal portrait business as “chicken rib”. He said “the effect of heat transfer printing is just so so if viewed from we photographers. As well, the process is complicated and rejection rate is high. But our customers like this idea, so our profits are still good. You can’t give up. But we won’t recommend to them either.” Now company M has bought five digital flatbed printers which are distributed in five cities where the businesses are best. In the mean time, the company starts to promote the crystal portrait business actively. For the pictures and words are pasted in the wooden album, M replaces some conventional pasting method with direct printing by the newly bought printer, which wins favorable opinion from consumers. In conclusion, company M develops the “chicken rib” program after introducing the new printer and reforms the conventional method, and finally realizes a new profit growth.
10、Electronic U disk printing
N is a U.S. software company, well known in the world. Its electronic U disk sells well in Europe and America. This product is different from our homemade ones in the following ways: 1. The size is 4cm × 4cm, 4mm thick. 2. The capacity is 10 times larger than the ordinary ones. 3. It has outstanding and perfect security function. 4. It is really expensive. This product is widely used in hi-tech enterprises, scientific research institutes and military organizations. However, the same look of U disk often causes mistake or confusion, so consumers demand the product is easily to distinguish. The best approach is to print user’s portrait, number, department and phone number on the disk (for getting back after loss). Therefore, the Procurement Department of this company searches in the world for device that can meet the requirement. 11、Luggage & bag printing
Company P in Shanghai is an export-oriented enterprise of high-end luggage and bags. The products’ quality and look are always appraised by oversea purchasers. The production of logo and designs often adopts screen printing. This printing can only work out one color for a single time; for several colors, it needs to execute multicoloring for more times.
